What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@playgroundjewelry.com.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship nationwide from Chicago. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email used at checkout.

What are your shipping rates?

$5 flat rate, Free shipping on orders over $30

Do you offer custom or one-of-a-kind pieces?

Many of our pieces are one of a kind or made in small batches. Availability may vary.

We may be able to adjust length of certain pieces. For inquiries, please contact us directly.

Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade, which means every piece is unique.

How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratching
  • Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth after wear
  • Natural stones and handmade materials are delicate and should be handled with care.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make modifications.
