15-Day Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before items are sent back to us.
Return Condition
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as when they arrived and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
While we’re happy to process refunds or store credit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to provide a tracking number as proof of return.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Refund amounts reflect any promotional discounts applied at checkout. Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Looking for something else? We offer store credit for exchanges so you can find your perfect piece. All exchanges are final.
