Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help!

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All return requests must be reviewed and approved before items are sent back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We offer store credit for exchanges so you can find your perfect piece. All exchanges are final.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Refund amounts reflect any promotional discounts applied at checkout. Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
